Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using Vogel you agree to these terms. Vogel is provided by BUSATER YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI.

2. Subscriptions

Vogel Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, yearly or family). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.

3. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Refund requests must be made through the store you purchased from; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use the app for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Content

Lesson content, audio and design belong to us and may not be redistributed without permission. German and Turkish are natural languages; no ownership is claimed over the languages themselves.

6. Disclaimer

Vogel is a learning aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or level of proficiency. The service is provided "as is".

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
