Özet. Ruh hâli kayıtlarınız, BDT (bilişsel davranışçı terapi) çalışmalarınız, koç görüşmeleriniz ve sesiniz cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Sunucumuzda yalnızca hesabınız, satın alımınız, rastgele bir kurulum kimliği ve içerik taşımayan kullanım olayları tutulur. Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob üzerinden kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir; sizi uygulamalar arasında izlemiyoruz. Premium'da reklam yoktur.

3. Uyku hikâyeleri ve yapay zekâ

Uyku hikâyesi ürettiğinizde isteğiniz sunucumuz üzerinden Google Gemini'ye iletilir. Gönderilen tek şey seçtiğiniz tema, uzunluk ve dildir — üçü de önceden tanımlı seçeneklerdir. Yazdığınız hiçbir metin, ruh hâliniz veya kayıtlarınız gönderilmez. Bu aktarım öncesinde uygulama içinde ayrıca onayınız istenir; onay vermezseniz istek yapılmaz.

5. Yapmadıklarımız

Reklamları ilgi alanınıza göre kişiselleştirmiyoruz; izleme izni istemiyoruz. Kriz, koç, günlük, düşünce kaydı ve uyku ekranlarında reklam göstermiyoruz.
Sizi uygulamalar veya siteler arasında izlemiyoruz.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz.
Kendi sunucumuzda çökme raporu, konum, rehber, fotoğraf veya sağlık verisi toplamıyoruz.
Bildirim jetonu (push token) toplamıyoruz.

6. Saklama ve silme

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Profil → Hesabı Sil ile veya hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsiniz. Silme işleminde hesabınız, profiliniz, hak kayıtlarınız ve olay kayıtlarınız silinir. Satın alma kayıtları vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatı gereği kimliksizleştirilerek saklanır; artık sizinle ilişkilendirilemez. Ayrıntı için hesap silme sayfasına bakın.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için: bsdigitalapp+auberis@gmail.com

8. Çocuklar

Auberis 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.

9. Bu politika değişirse

Değişiklikleri bu sayfada yayınlar ve tarihi güncelleriz. Toplanan veri türü veya alıcı değişirse uygulama içindeki onayınız yeniden istenir.

Auberis bir sağlık hizmeti değildir. Tanı koymaz, tedavi sunmaz ve bir ruh sağlığı uzmanının yerine geçmez. Acil bir durumda 112'yi arayın.

Summary. Your mood entries, CBT work, coach conversations and your voice never leave your device. Our server holds only your account, your purchase a random install identifier and content-free usage events. The free version shows non-personalised ads through Google AdMob; we do not track you across apps. Premium has no ads.

Usage events come from a closed list and their properties can only be numbers or true/false. No text you write can enter these events; this is enforced by the application's type system.

Our server schema contains no table for any of this.

3. Sleep stories and AI

When you generate a sleep story, the request goes through our server to Google Gemini. The only things sent are the theme, length and language you selected — all predefined options. No text you write, no mood data and no records are sent. The app asks for your consent before this transfer; without consent no request is made.

5. What we do not do

We do not personalise ads by interest and do not ask for tracking permission. We show no ads on the crisis, coach, journal, thought record and sleep screens.
We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell your data.
On our own server we collect no crash reports, location, contacts, photos or health data.
We collect no push notification token.

6. Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account or from the account deletion page. Deletion removes your account, profile, entitlement records and event records. The purchase transaction record is not deleted; its link to your account is removed (the user-ID field is cleared). See the account deletion page for detail.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Law 6698) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Requests: bsdigitalapp+auberis@gmail.com

8. Children

Auberis is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We publish changes on this page and update the date. If the categories of data or the recipients change, your in-app consent is requested again.

Auberis is not a health service. It does not diagnose, does not provide treatment and does not replace a mental health professional. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
