Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kalorimetre app. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. The Service

Kalorimetre is a mobile app offering AI-assisted calorie and nutrition tracking, plate photo analysis, an AI nutrition coach, and water and step tracking. We reserve the right to improve, change or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Health Disclaimer — Important

Kalorimetre is not a medical device and not a health or dietary advisor. Calories, nutrition values and suggestions generated by artificial intelligence are estimates for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always consult a physician or a registered dietitian before making nutrition, diet, health or medical decisions. Kalorimetre cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of information in the app.

3. Account

You may create an account for backup and synchronisation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium is offered as Yearly, Monthly or Family (up to 6 people). Prices vary by region and over time; the current price is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the relevant store (Apple/Google).

5. Your Obligations

You will use the app lawfully and for personal purposes only.
You will not misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to harm our systems.

5a. Community Content — Zero Tolerance

Kalorimetre contains plate photos, recipes and comments shared by users. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

The following is prohibited: hate speech, harassment, threats, violence, sexual content, nudity, illegal activity, spam, false or misleading health claims, and content used without its owner's permission.
You can report any post or comment and block any user. Content from a user you block is never shown to you again.
We review reported content within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and eject the responsible user where warranted.
We may terminate access for users who breach these rules, without prior notice.

Reports can be sent from the in-app report button or to bsdigitalapp@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logo and content belong to Kalorimetre and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting your account.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
