Lexora — Gizlilik Politikası

Lexora (com.sametterme.lexora, "uygulama") kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine saygı duyar. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
1.1 Cihazda Saklanan Veriler (Yerel)
- Öğrenilen kelimeler, flashcard ilerlemesi, sınav skorları
- Favoriler, arama geçmişi (cihazda 50 girişle sınırlı)
- Streak (günlük seri), günlük hedef, çalışma logu
- Premium abonelik durumu (yerel cache)
- Dil tercihi, tema ayarları, kullanıcı adı, avatar
Hesap oluşturmadığınız sürece bu veriler cihazınızdan ayrılmaz.
1.2 İsteğe Bağlı Hesap Oluşturmada Toplanan Veriler
İlerlemenizi yeni cihaza taşımak için hesap oluşturabilirsiniz. Hesap oluşturmak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; uygulamayı hesapsız da kullanabilirsiniz.
- E-posta + şifre ile kayıt: E-posta adresiniz Firebase Authentication'da saklanır. Şifre güvenli hash'lenir, hiçbir çalışan tarafından okunamaz.
- Apple ile Giriş: Apple'dan kimlik token'ı alınır. İsteğe bağlı olarak isim ve e-posta paylaşırsınız. "E-postamı sakla" seçeneğini kullanırsanız Apple proxy bir e-posta üretir.
- Google ile Giriş: Google hesabınızdan e-posta, isim ve profil fotoğrafı alınır.
1.3 Hesabınızla Bulutta Saklanan Veriler
Hesap açtığınızda sadece sizin için Firebase Firestore'da bir doküman oluşturulur. İçeriği:
- Kullanıcı kimliği (UID), e-posta, görüntü adı, profil fotoğrafı URL'si
- Hesap oluşturma + son giriş tarihi
- Premium durum aynası (kaynağı RevenueCat)
- İlerleme verileri: öğrenilen kelimeler, favoriler, sınav skorları, streak, günlük hedef, çalışma logu, arama geçmişi, flashcard geçmişi, dil tercihi, kullanıcı adı, avatar
Bu veriler sadece sizin UID'nizle eşleşen Firestore dokümanında saklanır. Firestore Security Rules ile başka hiçbir kullanıcı erişemez. Diğer cihazlarınıza aynı hesapla giriş yaptığınızda otomatik olarak indirilir.
1.4 Anonim Sunucu İstekleri
- Çeviri sorguları: Google Translate API'ye anonim metin gönderilir (kelime/cümle); hesap UID'si veya kişisel bilgi içermez.
- Anonim kullanım analitiği: Uygulama açılış sayısı, kullanılan özellikler.
- Satın alma doğrulaması: Apple App Store / Google Play üzerinden abonelik durumu RevenueCat'e iletilir. Hesabınız varsa RevenueCat'e UID gönderilir ki abonelik farklı cihaza geçebilsin.
1.5 Toplanmayan Veriler
- Konum bilgisi
- Rehber, fotoğraf, dosya erişimi
- Telefon numarası, adres
- Kamera kaydı
- Ses kaydı (Sprechen özelliğinde mikrofon sadece cihaz üzerinde Apple Speech Recognition ile işlenir; ses sunucuya gönderilmez, hiçbir yerde saklanmaz)
2. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı
- Kelime öğrenme deneyimini kişiselleştirmek
- İlerlemenizi cihazlar arasında senkronlamak (sadece hesap açtıysanız)
- Çeviri sonuçlarını sağlamak
- Premium abonelik haklarınızı doğrulamak ve cihazlar arası taşımak
- Uygulama hatalarını tespit edip iyileştirmek

4. Çocukların Gizliliği
Lexora 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilinçli olarak veri toplamaz. Eğer çocuğunuzun bilgilerini bizimle paylaştığını fark ederseniz, lütfen aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden bize ulaşın.
5. Veri Saklama ve Silme
- Hesapsız kullanım: Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazdaki tüm yerel veriler silinir.
- Hesaplı kullanım: Uygulamadan çıkış yaptığınızda cihazdaki ilerleme verileri silinir; buluttaki kalır. Hesabınızı tamamen silmek için bsdigitalapp@gmail.com adresine "hesap silme talebi" e-postası gönderin. Firebase Auth kullanıcınız ve Firestore'daki tüm verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
6. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politika güncellendiğinde tarih yenilenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim gönderilir.

8. Marka Hakları ve Bağımsızlık
Lexora bağımsız bir öğrenme uygulamasıdır. Goethe-Institut, telc gGmbH, IDP IELTS, British Council, ETS TOEFL veya Cambridge Assessment English ile resmi olarak bağlı, sponsorlu, onaylı veya herhangi bir şekilde ilişkili değildir. Bu kurumların adları yalnızca sınav formatlarına yapılan eğitim referansı olarak kullanılmıştır. Tüm marka adları ve logoları ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
9. İçerik Kaynakları
Kelime tanımları, telaffuzları ve örnek cümleler kısmen Wiktionary'den alınmıştır (CC BY-SA 3.0 lisansı altında). Çeviri sorguları Google Translate API üzerinden işlenir.
Lexora — Privacy Policy

Lexora (com.sametterme.lexora, "the app") respects user privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Locally Stored Data (On-Device Only)
- Learned words, flashcard progress, exam scores
- Favorites, search history (limited to 50 entries on device)
- Streak (daily run), daily goal, study log
- Premium subscription status (local cache)
- Language preference, theme settings, user name, avatar
Unless you create an account, this data never leaves your device.
1.2 Data Collected When You Optionally Create an Account
You may create an account so your progress moves to a new device. Account creation is completely optional; the app works without one.
- Email + password sign-up: Your email is stored in Firebase Authentication. The password is securely hashed and unreadable by any human.
- Sign In with Apple: Apple's identity token is received. Optionally you share name and email. If you choose "Hide my email", Apple generates a relay address.
- Sign In with Google: Email, name and profile photo are received from your Google account.
1.3 Data Stored in the Cloud With Your Account
When you create an account, a Firestore document is created only for you. It contains:
- User ID (UID), email, display name, profile photo URL
- Account creation + last sign-in timestamps
- Premium status mirror (source of truth: RevenueCat)
- Progress data: learned words, favorites, exam scores, streak, daily goal, study log, search history, flashcard history, language preference, user name, avatar
This data is stored only in the Firestore document matched to your UID. Firestore Security Rules ensure no other user can access it. When you sign in on another device with the same account, it is downloaded automatically.
1.4 Anonymous Server Requests
- Translation queries: Anonymous text (words/sentences) sent to Google Translate API; contains no UID or personal information.
- Anonymous usage analytics: App open count, feature usage.
- Purchase verification: Subscription status forwarded to RevenueCat through Apple App Store and Google Play. If you have an account, your UID is sent to RevenueCat so your subscription can transfer between devices.
1.5 Data We Do Not Collect
- Location
- Contacts, photos, file access
- Phone number, address
- Camera recordings
- Audio recordings (microphone in the Sprechen feature is processed on-device only via Apple Speech Recognition; nothing is sent to or stored on our servers)
2. Purpose of Data Use
- Personalize the word-learning experience
- Sync your progress across devices (only if you have an account)
- Provide translation results
- Validate your Premium subscription entitlement and carry it across devices
- Detect bugs and improve the app
3. Third-Party Services
- Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription management
- RevenueCat — subscription infrastructure
- Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication + Firestore + Analytics for account features and cloud sync (Firebase privacy policy)
- Google Translate — translation service (anonymous queries)
- Google AdMob — advertising for free users only; disabled for Premium subscribers
- Apple Speech Recognition — on-device speech recognition for the Sprechen feature. Audio never leaves the device.
4. Children's Privacy
Lexora does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that your child has shared information with us, please contact us at the address below.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Anonymous use: Uninstalling the app deletes all local data on your device.
- Account use: Signing out from the app deletes your progress data on the device; the cloud copy stays. To delete your account entirely, email "account deletion request" to bsdigitalapp@gmail.com. Your Firebase Auth user and all Firestore data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Policy Changes
When this policy is updated, the date is refreshed. Major changes are announced via in-app notification.

8. Trademarks and Independence
Lexora is an independent learning app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Goethe-Institut, telc gGmbH, IDP IELTS, British Council, ETS TOEFL, or Cambridge Assessment English. These names are referenced solely as descriptive references to the exam formats Lexora helps users prepare for. All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners.
9. Content Sources
Word definitions, pronunciations, and example sentences are sourced in part from Wiktionary, used under the CC BY-SA 3.0 license. Translation queries are processed via the Google Translate API.
