Vogel ("app", "we") values your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app and how it is used.

2. Data Collected

Vogel stores the following data only on your device to track your learning progress:

• Learning progress (XP, level, completed lessons)
• Daily streak and heart count
• Theme, language and notification preferences
• Words you have seen (for new word badges)

This data is never sent to our servers and is not shared with third parties.

3. No Personal Data Collection

Vogel does not require account creation and does not collect email addresses or names. It does not access your location. Microphone access occurs only during speaking practice, and only when you initiate it.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's payment system (App Store). Your payment information is handled exclusively by Apple; we do not access it.

5. Error Reporting

Anonymous technical error reports may be collected to improve app stability. These reports do not contain personally identifiable information.

6. Third-Party Services

Vogel may display advertisements to free users. Ads are served by Google and may be targeted based on general demographic information; however, your in-app learning data is not used for ad targeting purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced within the app.
