Mewlo — Delete your account
Mewlo is published by BUSATER YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. This page explains how to delete your Mewlo account and exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Mewlo does not require an account. Recording, analysis, history and cat profiles all work without signing in. An account exists only to carry a purchase to another device and to give you a way to delete what we hold. If you never signed in, we hold no account for you.
1. Delete it from inside the app
- Open Mewlo.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. You are signed out and the app keeps working without an account.
2. Or ask us by e-mail
If you can no longer open the app, write to sametterme@gmail.com from the e-mail address you signed in with, or tell us which provider you used (Apple or Google). We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.

After deletion nothing on our server identifies you, and the account cannot be recovered. Signing in again creates a new, empty account.
4. What is kept, and for how long

5. What we never had in the first place
Your recordings, the interpretation sentences Mewlo shows you, your cat profiles, notes, photos, corrections and app settings stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. Deleting the app removes them. There is no server copy for us to delete.

Mewlo hesap gerektirmez. Kayıt, çözümleme, geçmiş ve kedi profilleri giriş yapmadan da çalışır. Hesap yalnız iki iş için vardır: satın almayı başka cihaza taşımak ve tuttuğumuz şeyi silmenizin bir yolunu vermek. Hiç giriş yapmadıysanız sizin için tutulan bir hesap yoktur.
1. Uygulama içinden silin
- Mewlo'yu açın.
- Profil'e gidin.
- Hesap'a dokunun.
- Hesabı sil'e dokunup onaylayın.
Hesap anında silinir. Oturumunuz kapanır ve uygulama hesapsız çalışmaya devam eder.
2. Ya da bize e-posta yazın
Uygulamayı artık açamıyorsanız sametterme@gmail.com adresine giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden yazın ya da hangi sağlayıcıyı kullandığınızı (Apple veya Google) belirtin. Silmeyi 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve bittiğinde yanıt veririz.

Silmeden sonra sunucumuzda sizi tanımlayan hiçbir şey kalmaz ve hesap geri alınamaz. Yeniden giriş yapmak yeni ve boş bir hesap oluşturur.

5. Zaten hiç tutmadıklarımız
Ses kayıtlarınız, Mewlo'nun gösterdiği yorum cümleleri, kedi profilleriniz, notlar, fotoğraflar, düzeltmeler ve uygulama ayarları cihazınızda kalır ve bize hiç yüklenmez. Uygulamayı silmek bunları kaldırır. Silebileceğimiz bir sunucu kopyası yoktur.
