Mewlo — Privacy Policy
Mewlo analyses your cat's vocalisations on your device. Mewlo does not upload your recordings, analysis results, cat profiles or app settings to BUSATER or to third parties.
The short version. Your recordings never leave your device. Signing in is optional and the app works fully without it. Recordings are processed locally and discarded after analysis unless you choose to keep them. If you do sign in, we hold an account record and coarse usage events on our server — never audio, and never the sentence Mewlo shows you.

Mewlo does not require an account. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and exists for two reasons only: to carry a purchase to another device, and to give you a way to delete what we hold. We never ask for your phone number, contacts or precise location. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Profile → Account → Delete account.
3. Data transmission
Mewlo does not transmit recordings, cat profiles, corrections, notes or app settings to BUSATER or to third parties. Sound classification is performed on your device with a YAMNet audio-event model running in TensorFlow Lite, bundled inside the app. (An earlier build used Apple's SoundAnalysis framework; it has been removed and is no longer part of the analysis path.)
What we do receive. If the app can reach our server, it sends a closed list of product events with coarse metadata: the event name, the detected vocalisation class, the evidence band, a duration bucket (not the exact length), platform, app version, and a country derived from the network request. If you have signed in, an account record holds your provider's stable user id and, where the provider supplies a verified one, your email address. Our server rejects anything outside that list, so audio, waveforms, the model's input and the interpretation sentence cannot reach it even from a modified app.
If you choose to keep recordings, they remain in the app's local storage. Depending on your iOS or Android backup settings, local app data may be included in a device backup held by Apple or Google. BUSATER does not control or have access to that backup.
4. Third-party services
Mewlo uses Apple and Android system frameworks for on-device functionality. The shipped app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The app may open fixed legal and support web pages hosted by GitHub Pages when you choose those links. Those web requests are governed by the hosting provider's infrastructure and policies; Mewlo does not add advertising or analytics scripts to those pages.
5. Analytics and advertising
Mewlo contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. It does not build an advertising profile of you and does not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Mewlo does send the first-party product events described in section 3 to our own server, so that we can see how many people use the app and where it fails. Those events are tied to a random installation identifier that is not derived from any device hardware identifier (no IDFA, no IDFV, no Android ID). They carry no audio, no interpretation sentence, no cat data and no precise location.
6. Children
Mewlo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Your control over local data
- View: data saved by Mewlo is visible through the relevant app screens.
- Delete a cat: deleting a cat removes the local records associated with that cat.
- Delete the app: removing Mewlo from your device removes the app's local data, subject to any separate device backup maintained by Apple or Google under your iOS or Android settings.
- Delete your account: if you signed in, Profile → Account → Delete account erases your e-mail address, your Apple or Google user identifier and the link between your account and your devices and purchases. See Delete your account for exactly what is deleted, what is kept and for how long.
Your recordings, readings, cat profiles, notes, photos and settings have no BUSATER server copy, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete remotely — deleting them on your device is the deletion.
8. GDPR / KVKK
Applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK No. 6698, may provide rights regarding personal data. Mewlo's app data is designed to remain under your control on your device. For privacy questions or requests concerning BUSATER, contact sametterme@gmail.com.
9. Security
Mewlo stores its local data within the app's own iOS or Android storage environment, which is protected by the operating system's security controls and, where enabled, device encryption. Everything the app sends to our server travels over HTTPS.
10. Changes
If a future version changes what data Mewlo transmits or collects, this policy and the App Store and Google Play privacy information will be updated to reflect that version.

Mewlo hesap gerektirmez. Apple ya da Google ile giriş isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnız iki iş için vardır: satın almayı başka cihaza taşımak ve tuttuğumuz şeyi silmenizin bir yolunu vermek. Telefon numaranızı, rehberinizi veya kesin konumunuzu asla istemeyiz. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesap → Hesabı sil.
3. Veri aktarımı
Mewlo; kayıtları, kedi profillerini, düzeltmeleri, notları veya uygulama ayarlarını BUSATER'e ya da üçüncü taraflara iletmez. Ses sınıflandırması, uygulamanın içine gömülü TensorFlow Lite üzerinde çalışan YAMNet ses-olayı modeliyle cihazınızda yapılır. (Önceki bir sürümde Apple'ın SoundAnalysis çatısı kullanılıyordu; kaldırıldı ve artık çözümleme yolunun parçası değil.)
Bize ulaşan şey. Uygulama sunucumuza erişebiliyorsa, kapalı bir ürün olayı listesini kaba üstveriyle gönderir: olay adı, algılanan vokalizasyon sınıfı, kanıt bandı, süre kovası (kesin süre değil), platform, uygulama sürümü ve ağ isteğinden türetilen ülke. Giriş yaptıysanız hesap kaydı, sağlayıcınızın kararlı kullanıcı kimliğini ve sağlayıcı doğrulanmış bir adres verdiyse e-postanızı taşır. Sunucumuz bu listenin dışındaki her şeyi reddeder; ses, dalga formu, modelin girdisi ve yorum cümlesi değiştirilmiş bir uygulamadan bile oraya ulaşamaz.
Kayıtları saklamayı seçerseniz uygulamanın yerel depolamasında kalırlar. iOS veya Android yedekleme ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak yerel uygulama verileri Apple ya da Google'ın tuttuğu cihaz yedeğine dahil olabilir. BUSATER bu yedeği kontrol etmez ve erişemez.
4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri
Mewlo cihaz içi işlevler için Apple ve Android sistem çatılarını kullanır. Yayınlanan uygulama reklam, uygulamalar arası takip, üçüncü taraf analiz veya çökme raporlama SDK'sı içermez.
Siz ilgili bağlantılara dokunduğunuzda uygulama, GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılan sabit yasal ve destek sayfalarını açabilir. Bu web istekleri barındırma sağlayıcısının altyapısı ve politikalarına tabidir; Mewlo bu sayfalara reklam veya analiz betiği eklemez.
5. Analitik ve reklam
Mewlo reklam SDK'sı, üçüncü taraf analiz veya çökme raporlama SDK'sı ve uygulamalar/siteler arası takip içermez. Hakkınızda reklam profili oluşturmaz; veriyi reklamcılara ya da veri simşarlarına satmaz, onlarla paylaşmaz.
Mewlo, 3. bölümde anlatılan birinci taraf ürün olaylarını kendi sunucumuza gönderir; kaç kişinin uygulamayı kullandığını ve nerede hata verdiğini bunun için görürüz. Bu olaylar, hiçbir donanım tanımlayıcısından türetilmeyen rastgele bir kurulum kimliğine bağlıdır (IDFA yok, IDFV yok, Android ID yok). Ses, yorum cümlesi, kedi verisi ve kesin konum taşımazlar.
6. Çocuklar
Mewlo 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
7. Yerel verileriniz üzerindeki denetiminiz
- Görüntüleme: Mewlo'nun kaydettiği veriler uygulamadaki ilgili ekranlarda görünür.
- Bir kediyi silme: bir kediyi silmek o kediyle ilişkili yerel kayıtları kaldırır.
- Uygulamayı silme: Mewlo'yu cihazınızdan kaldırmak uygulamanın yerel verilerini kaldırır; iOS veya Android ayarlarınıza göre Apple ya da Google tarafından tutulan ayrı cihaz yedekleri bunun dışındadır.
- Hesabınızı silme: giriş yaptıysanız Profil → Hesap → Hesabı sil; e-posta adresinizi, Apple ya da Google kullanıcı kimliğinizi ve hesabınızın cihazlar ile satın almalarla bağını siler. Neyin silindiği, neyin ne kadar kaldığı için: Hesabınızı silin.
Kayıtlarınızın, okumalarınızın, kedi profillerinizin, notların, fotoğrafların ve ayarların BUSATER sunucusunda bir kopyası yoktur; dolayısıyla bu türden uzaktan silebileceğimiz bir şey de yoktur — onları cihazınızda silmek zaten silmenin kendisidir.
8. KVKK / GDPR
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR dahil uygulanabilir veri koruma mevzuatı kişisel veriler bakımından çeşitli haklar tanıyabilir. Mewlo'nun uygulama verileri cihazınızda sizin denetiminizde kalacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. BUSATER ile ilgili gizlilik soruları veya talepleri için sametterme@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
9. Güvenlik
Mewlo yerel verilerini uygulamanın kendi iOS ya da Android depolama ortamında tutar; bu ortam işletim sisteminin güvenlik denetimleri ve etkin olduğunda cihaz şifrelemesiyle korunur. Uygulamanın sunucumuza gönderdiği her şey HTTPS üzerinden gider.
10. Değişiklikler
Gelecekteki bir sürüm Mewlo'nun hangi verileri ilettiğini veya topladığını değiştirirse bu politika ile App Store ve Google Play gizlilik bilgileri ilgili sürümü yansıtacak şekilde güncellenecektir.
