delete your account from inside the app or by email below.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open Auberis.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm in the dialog.
The deletion is applied immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
From your account email address, send a message titled "Auberis account deletion"
to bsdigitalapp+auberis@gmail.com. We complete requests within 30 days.

These are only ever on your device; this action —
or deleting the app — removes them from the device too
Records we retain
Your purchase transaction record is not deleted; its link to your account
is removed. The user-ID field is cleared in our system. The record keeps: store (Apple or
Google), store transaction ID, product ID, transaction type, amount and currency, transaction date.
Why: a refund or cancellation notice can arrive after you delete your account;
keeping the record lets us process that notice correctly. The record is also kept for accounting.
To be clear: because the store transaction ID remains, we can no
longer match it to you, but the store could in theory match it against its own records. We therefore
do not call this record “fully anonymous”.
Retention period: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, and for refund handling
Billing for your subscription is handled by App Store or
Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel
your subscription; you must cancel it separately in your store account's subscription settings.
