1. Hizmetin niteliği
Auberis bir sağlık hizmeti değildir. Tıbbi cihaz değildir,
tanı koymaz, tedavi sunmaz ve bir ruh sağlığı uzmanının, hekimin veya terapistin yerine geçmez.
Uygulamadaki koç, bir insan uzman değil, cihazınızda çalışan bir yazılımdır.
Acil bir durumda 112'yi arayın.
2. Kimler kullanabilir
Auberis 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir.
3. Abonelik, ücretlendirme ve yenileme
Auberis ücretsiz indirilir. Premium özellikler uygulama içi abonelikle açılır.
Güncel fiyat ve süre, satın alma ekranında mağazadan okunarak gösterilir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
Ücret, dönemin bitimine 24 saat kala hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın App Store veya Google Play hesap
ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, yürürlükteki dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple veya Google) kendi politikasına tabidir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, güvenlik
önlemlerini atlatamaz veya erişiminizi başkasına devredemezsiniz.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içeriği BUSATER YAZILIM A.Ş.'ye aittir. Size devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, kişisel bir
kullanım hakkı verilir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın
kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici mevzuatından doğan
haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
7. Fesih
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulların
ihlali hâlinde erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz.
By downloading or using Auberis you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Auberis is not a health service. It is not a medical device,
does not diagnose, does not provide treatment and does not replace a mental health professional,
physician or therapist. The coach in the app is software running on your device, not a human
professional. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
2. Who may use it
Auberis is intended for people aged 18 and over.
3. Subscription, billing and renewal
Auberis is free to download. Premium features are unlocked by an in-app subscription.
The current price and period are shown on the purchase screen, read from the store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the
end of the current period. Payment is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or
Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are governed by the policy of the relevant store (Apple or Google).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer it, circumvent security
measures, or transfer your access to another person.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to BUSATER YAZILIM A.Ş.. You receive a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to use it.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for
indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your
access if these terms are breached.
