I lost my progress after changing phones.
Sign in with the same account you used before. Your progress is restored from the cloud automatically.
I ran out of hearts.
Hearts refill over time. Vogel Plus subscribers have unlimited hearts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.
I restored my purchase but Plus is not active.
Open the Shop tab and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you are signed in to the store account you bought with.
How do I remove ads?
Vogel Plus removes all ads.
You can delete your account and all of your data from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Details are on the account deletion page.
